AI Receptionist (Hailey)
For a US medical practice, I built Hailey, a 24/7 AI receptionist on Retell AI that answers calls, books and reschedules appointments in Google Calendar, and transfers complex cases to staff. Result: 80+ hours and $1,400+ saved a month, no missed after-hours calls. Built on Retell AI, n8n, Google Calendar and Supabase.
